Issuance of Housing Society Share Certificate
Hello Sir/Madam,
Case Brief : My tenancy property in Mumbai went under Redevelopment in 2006, a PAAA agreement was made an registered for Flat No. 3. Subsequently Builder changed the plan and my flat was made of a smaller size by 125 sq ft, he offered me another Flat on same floor Flat No. 1, which I refused initially due to obstructing view as he created an Electric Substation in front of it. Building Construction got over, Society was made with my name not present in the application to Registrar due to the dispute in Flat number. Subsequently I accepted the offer during First AGM builder gave me the possession letter of that alternate Flat No. 1 and admitted me as the Member of Society. Rectification/Supplementary deed for this change in Flat No. is under process and taking time and which shall be done in due course.
Query : Is there anything that can stop society from issuing Share Certificate to me ? Or If society issues Share Certificate to me, will there be any problem faced by Society?
