Divorce settlement under India Hindu law.

We both Hindus married in Tamilnadu India 24 years completed , I am 50 and she 53 now. for the past 20 years we live in U.A.E. both working ,she is earning more than me. as per salary contract husband : 8000/month, wife: 14500/month. We have 2 children both studying medicine MBBS , 1 son studying in poland , 2 son studying in Tamilnadu. I am supporting all the education and need to support another 4 years for them. one day she left from the home with 40 lakhs and all jewels except my marriage ring. i have bought property in her name in dubai. she was living 8months in the flat now and she file a divorce case in dubai in dubai law. As soon as i know I appoint a lawyer and change it to Hindu Indian law. her complains as follows: 1. many problems with us. 2. for 20 years all her salary not given to her till date. 3. husband have connection with another lady,4 he tried to tie her neck with laptop cable, 5. her mother funeral i did not send to india. All these complain no prove , when the judge ask for prove are evidance she said dont have. So her divorce case was rejected du to false complain and not full fill any of the hindu divorce law. Now she go for apeal now. Note : she have some nero problem in her brain we came to know from 2 psychiatric doctor from india. due to the rule in U.A.E we cant take her by force to hospital. because of this all this happened. she is taking decision and changing her mind quickly. My question : I have 3 properties in my name direct purchse, 3 property came from my parents as gift settlemet. 1 house where we are living i bought it in her name. now my small son is staying and studying MBBS in trichy. I am very much dedicated to my family and wife . All my life i earned and save for my sons future. she was telling to some if your father not giving mutual divorce , she will sue all husband property and stop the rental income and ask for half for her. my both sons are with me only. I need proper advice , 1. she can claim of my property. 2. she will ask my son to go out of the house,3. if she try to sell our house in her name Is there any chance to take stay. 4. How can i save my property now. Now i am in dubai. appeal date is 15-8-2024 in duabi court. before that any thing i can do ... Please let me know ...
