Tenant issue.

Hi! I rented my House in December 2023 and agreement was made on 3rd December 2023. January and February rent paid by Tenant on time. March Month he did not paid the rent and not answered the calls. In March end he arrived in the society with him famile (wife and 2 children). As he did not paid the maintenance of last 2 month . Maintenance department cut the light. That time he called me and informed to give permission the department to start the electricity and he will pay the charges later on but department was not agreed on it. after paying amount electricity started and he informed he will pay the rent of March and April on 5th but no rent till 12th April and received lots of excuses . Tenant called us on society on 28th March and we informed him that we can not take this pressure because we both husband 64 years old and i am 55 years. It's better to vacate the premises till 6th June. He said ok and coveyed adjust the security amount in May rent. we agreed on it and send email to him but he did not confirmed same email message sent as reminder and on whatsup but he never replied. May Month i did not called him. On 5th June i sent him message when he will vacate he did not replied and informed property dealer that he will vacate on 10th June . 10th June when sent him message and called he did not answred. then i called her wife then tenant screaming from behind that ye pagal aurat hai iske pass koi kamm nahi hai and taken the phone from her and conveyed le le apna ghar court se jakar sara din harras karti hai aur rent me utne din ka dunga jitne din rahuga. i informed him are you staying in hotel. In evening property dealer called me stating that tentant want to meet me. I went there my borther and two other person then he informed them will vacate the house on 25th. on 25th again he informed that his aunt died and will vacate the house on 5th. on 5th July he conveyed will try to vacate the house on 8th. i don't know what's happening and afraid because i am single earing person and also staying in rent to nearby my mother home. I already given the notice to my landlord as i want to shift there. his lease till November 2024 but we already informed him that its invalid as he never paid the rent on time. what should i do ..kindly advise.
