Psychological abuse from elder daughter in law and her children's

How can I register for complain for psychological and emotional abuse from my elder daughter in law and her children, (my elder son is no more) we all live in the same house my younger son and his family and the family of my elder son live on the other floor, there have been many verbal fights and abuse to me and my daughter in law(younger) there have been recently a case filed also for dispute in property,though the property was equally divided they wanted more of it and wanted to sell it to some dangerous people so they filed a fake case against my younger son about a default even though my son has been taking financial care of them from 10 years since my elder son's demise My elder also used to verbally abuse my husband till his demise and also used to gamble and actually has already sold his part(more than)of property before but we still wanted to give them their part, I have four daughter as well after seeing these situation I decide to let them also get part of there property in the same because of cases and now I don't even want to give them ownership of my house and wanting give to my elder son, they are constantly fighting with us at home, they have been constantly abuse us but now it has less frequently, what should we do? Where should I complaint? How can I get remedies for this
