Company denying Reliving Letter

I have resigned from my job after discussing with HR and Manager due to personal issues and got immediate release. They have mailed mentioning termination on the basis of personal reasons. But they are now denying to give me reliving letter stating that you have been considered as absconding as per company policy and we cannot give reliving letter, but nowhere they mentioned this during the termination and as per my understanding it shouldn't even come under absconding as I did everything after discussing with HR & Manager. This is now affecting me to join new company. What should I do. Refer the below text of mail from HR during exit. Hi ABC. As discussed over the phone, due to personal reasons, you are unable to serve the notice period. Hence we will initiate your exit process and your last working day will be considered as 10 Feb 2023. Please note you will not be liable for any payment from the organization. Important things to complete -Please collect your payslip from the ______. Post your Exit formalities, any request of pay-slip generation cannot be processed. -Return all assets to the company at the earliest (Laptop, Charger, Mobile, Biometric, Bag, Card Holder, ID Card etc.).
