Consumer rights regarding faulty vehicle and poor service (Electric scooter)

I purchased a Bajaj Chetak EV Scooter in the last week of February 2024. After using it for 2 months and less than 1500km, it suddenly stopped on road while driving. When I took it to the service centre, the service person said that there was no issue with the vehicle. Despite this I kept facing the same issue repeatedly, but they continued to insist that everything was okay. After few days when I forced them to check it properly and showed them video footage of my vehicle stopping suddenly on the road, they finally admitted that the VCU was faulty and replaced it. However, just the next day, I faced the same issue again. Initially, they tried to avoid me and evade responsibility. Eventually, they told me that the issue was beyond their knowledge, and they took my Chetak for approximately a week for further inspection. Then, they said that the MCU was faulty and needs to be replaced, but they do not have the MCU in stock. It took more than a month to bring the MCU in stock. Even after replacing the MCU, the vehicle is showing the same issue. I think the vehicle has some manufacturing defects. I am a student and don't have money to buy another vehicle. It's my compulsion to use this vehicle because I don't have another one, and I can't take it to the service center daily. This issue is causing me a lot of trouble and continuous mental suffering and hardship. Using my Chetak is very risky as it stops suddenly while driving, which could cause a major accident someday. I am very disappointed with the Bajaj Chetak and the service that Bajaj offers. I wanted to know what the laws are for a refund of money for the vehicle? And What should I do? Please help me!
