Cancellation of property by builder and forfeited the booking amount

I have booked a commercial way back 10 years ago by paying 10% of the amount however builder dont have RERA and licenses that time. They took 5 years to get RERA and license and post that started the construction and thereby demanded the money in tranches. However i refused to pay money asking them to adjust the delay interest in their demand. They also forced me to execute Builder buyer agreement which i again refused. They completed the construction last year and again asked me to either pay the full amount and take the possession or else warned me to cancel my booking on which i replied them to adjust the delayed interest and i am ready to pay & take the possession. Now they have cancelled my booking and i filed a criminal suite against them for forgery (since they have sold shops initially without valid license and RERA). My question is - In the above scenario, is the builder equipped to cancel my shop and allot it to someone else? Though i understand that i have just paid 10% of booking amount and builder has repeatedly send me communication to pay the amount but i had also done my communication asking him multiple times to adjust the delayed interest.
