Dual job

I was selected in BSF as Veterinary doctor (Group -A) on sept 27 th 2023. But, before that I was already applied for Veterinary doctor in haryana government ( department of animal husbandry and dairying) group- B). After joining I applied for NOC from the department but department refused to give NOC to me on the behalf that I applied for group B , level -9 which is lower than my existing post in BSF. But I got selected in Haryana government. Haryana government will give 7 days of time period to join the post, and also put a condition that if candidate in government job then he will produce NOC , but I have no NOC. I joined haryana government on 25 th June with deceleration that I am not in government job. Meanwhile, I already applied for resignation on 20 th June in BSF. Technically, now I am in two government job until my relieving from BSF. I know legally it's wrong but is it any way to sort out this?? And if someone raises issue against me then what will be future consequences to me and legal action against me.
