Property Sold & Perjury

Dear Sir / Madam, I am sending this email with regards to a property matter, and getting some assistance with getting legal assistance, and would like to know how to go about it. I, and my sister are both NRI residents of the U.A.E. My sister has sold the property (land plots of approximately 46 cents) in India, which my deceased parents had purchased in India in the 1990s. We are both the only legal heirs. This she has done so without my knowledge and with ‘some paperwork’ (which she has mentioned to me in a whatsapp message). An agent from the place where the plot was purchased (Hosur, Tamil Nadu). I was informed about this property only last month by a cousin of mine, otherwise I would not have had any idea, because I was under the impression that my late father had sold off this as well as another property when he was fighting cancer ten years ago. I have asked my sister, how she has sold the property without a NOC from my side and her answer was there was no need to do so and she has done it through her friend who has taken care of all the paperwork. She said it was sold for an amount of around Rs. 45 lakhs. I had asked her for the documents, but she was not willing to share any information with me. She had said that she will give me my share in the property, but now she is not even answering to any of my messages. Being a Muslim, and according to the Islamic Shariah law, I am supposed to receive two thirds of the share. My friend in India has been helping me with getting information about the sold property and now in the past week I have received a copy of a part of sales deed of my father as well as a sworn affidavit, where she along with her husband had make a false document in the notary in Bangalore (India), that she is the only child of my deceased parents, and that they had no other children. I have had a lot of medical and financial issues and I have not been to India for the past 15 years. I would appreciate your advice in this matter, and how can i make a legal case to get my share of the funds, (as well as a perjury case / or any other options? Please also let me know if you require any documents from my side? Regards, Ubedullha Iqbal Ahmed Soudagar
