Property transfer

I am writing to you regarding a suggestion on a property dispute. My father has three siblings, and he is the second one among them. They jointly bought a piece of property (vacant land), but it was registered in the name of my father's elder brother in 1967. They then built three houses on the property at their own expense in the 1990s. They have been living in and maintaining each house, getting them registered for house tax and electricity connections from the government departments concerned with the area where the property is located for more than thirty years. Consequently, my elder uncle (the elder brother of my father), and aunt passed away without children. In contrast, my father, mother, younger uncle, and aunt also passed away, but my younger uncle has children. Therefore, my cousin brothers registered their father's share (house) in their names through a gift deed from my elder uncle, who had already sold his share before his passing. As a result, my father's share remains under my elder uncle's name. Now, I am facing some financial need and plan to sell the house, which represents my father's share. However, I have house tax, electricity connection, and water connection in my father's name. Please advise me on the possibility of transferring my father's share into my name. Thanking you.
