How can I proceed with filing for divorce due to lack of communication, unresolved medical issues, and familial interference?

My wife and I have been married since February 2018, after dating since October 2012. Throughout our marriage, we've faced significant challenges, including her family's interference and her health issues related to a childhood shunt surgery. Despite our attempts, she was never able to have physical intercourse due to pain, and she refused to use the medicines prescribed by doctors, taking no action to rectify the situation. I continued the marriage for the sake of society. We are both working and have lived together for very little time due to our work commitments. I have been out of India for the last 2.5 years, during which her old medical issue resurfaced. At her parents' request, I sent her to their home for treatment in December 2023. Since then, communication has broken down, and she blocked me on social media in April 2024. I have repeatedly sent her messages seeking the reason behind this, but she has not answered. Similarly, my father asked her father to take action so that his daughter closes such blocks and resumes the marriage. However, her father treats us indifferently and does not provide clear answers. On the pretext of her illness and treatment, he claims she is in trauma, but when we asked for medical reports to seek a second opinion, he stayed silent. I am experiencing severe mental and physical distress and need legal advice on the next steps.
