Bank Policies on Women Transfer and appointments

My wife has been appointed in public sector bank last year as PO in Konkan area (sindurg) which is around 1000kms from her parents. She was unmarried at the time of appointment. We got married before couple of months ago. She and her batch was the only ppl to appointed in other zone rather then her own native place. From past several months she has been facing lots of mental harassment and lack of transportation facilities to reach her home town. Approximately it’s takes 10 hrs to reach her home in flight journey. Now after our marriage we asked for possibilities for spouse transfer or women transfer to near to her home place where she can feel safe. But day by day. The mental harassment and racism based on language increasing. As a probationary officer she is hesitate to ask for help in bank. Same thing faced by her women batch mates. Since our marriage is not yet registered bcoz she has to take 4 CL or PL accordingly just for 1 day registration. What is the solution. The bank name is UCO bank
