Breaking marriage after promise

Hello Sir and mam. My name is Varun Sharma. I met a girl in college in 2014-2018 batch and we are good together. At the end of college we decided to take relationship ahead and continued dating. I got a college placement and she too got it later in different company. We are good together until last year 2023 start when things start getting off track. The new that happened that moment is her sisters marriage, her brother in law is okay person but they started comparing me slowly and slowly. Im much better than him in terms work, wealth, health and behavior. But since I cant come home often my behavior is treated as bad, I want to meet family during marriage stuff only but she forced me to come and meet to which I agreed later. Then started commenting you are this, you are that, then all of a sudden started using her brother in laws and sister words/adjectives on me which is continuous hurt on self respect. Then One day I blowed and asked Pragati I cant tolerate such comments, please mention them. She took a stand against me and denied me marriage first time. I got start that moment and pleased her dont do this, she again got in track. Things continued normally then any kind of allegations started happening on me: Varun you are arrogant Varun you are selfish Varun your behavior. Trust me I have enough events to prove above all are ruthless comments because its only me who try to bring her back and fullfill her desires and solve her all professional and personal dillemmas. Her father showed my kundli somewhere and made a remark I cant marry my daughter with you since you are destined for two marriages. She belived it too and broke marriage promise again. I insisted them after gathering courage that these things will not happen. They somehow gathered trust and proceeded on marriage decision. We had a roka on may10 and started exploring venues for marriage she forced me to pay more than half of the amount of marriage I mentioned my year is in crunch due to house purchase I cant manage now. Im afraid if losing her but she dont believe and kept saying marriage will happen this year only. I decided okay I will gather money, then after my last business trip to Korea return jun22, they broke the marriage again saying my behavior is not good. I don’t understand how it is possible for a person who kept on bringing everyone on track constructively can behave badly. Anything is happening. To surprise on Jun23 I got promoted due to my good behavior. There are many more things in between haplebed too. I started taking therapy since start of the year on these things. I feel harrassed and deceived. Dont know what to do, any legal action possible to teach them lesson what they done with me in last 1.5 year
