Job fraud

Subject: Complaint Against Consultant for Fraud and Non-fulfillment of Job Assurance I am writing to file a formal complaint against [Yaswanth] for fraudulent activities and non-compliance with the assurances provided during my job placement process. The details of the complaint are as follows: 1. Vadala Prudhviraj assured me of a job for a duration of 18 months. 2. He promised that if I am not comfortable with the job, he would facilitate a shift to another company or provide a refund. 3. Despite assurances, no job assurance certificate has been provided as promised. 4. I paid a total amount of INR 2,20,000 for the job placement. An initial cash payment of INR 20,000 was given directly to Vadala Prudhviraj, and the remaining amount was transferred as per his instructions. Despite numerous attempts to contact Vadala Prudhviraj for a resolution, I have been met with non-responsiveness. I have attached evidence to support my complaint, including transaction details, photos, and recordings. I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take necessary legal action against Vadala Prudhviraj for fraud and violation of job assurances.
