Immediate resignation due to Medical Condition.

I had a server back pain started since December 2023. It got worse day by day its converted to swelling in my spinal nervous and the swelling was spreading to legs as well. i took many around 8 days leaves in April 2024 however i was not in a condition to sit longer duration. I resigned from company by informing my manager and submitted medical prescriptions, x-ray, receipts and records of my leaves which i took since December due to back medical issue. HR email me back by that they will take disciplinary action due to not serving notice period. I tried to negotiate them that i will serve notice period by doing WFH however they never responded me back and not even accepted my resignation. I got to know that they mentioned me absconded in there system data. Its more then 2 months now and by grace of god i am fii and i am ready to work however Now i am not getting any job due to not having resignation acceptance and reliving letter from company ends also they are mentioning to other companies that i absconded. Please suggest me what should i do i don’t have a job and not enough money.
