Wife not taking care of 1.5 year daughter

My daughter is just 1.5 year old and my wife is working women and she is working as a crew in some Airline and we both live in saudi arabia. Initially she had taken care of my baby only for 4 months when she was in india for delivery and later she came back to saudi arabia and given the child responsibility to her parents. They taken care of my child almost 7 months later they handed over my child to my parents but after two weeks my mother started crying and she told me that is not able to take care of this child because she is diabetic and week. baby doesn't allow her even to sleep and her condition is worst now even baby is not eating anything and not taking enough milk that's why my mother is concerned. i informed this to my wife and tried to convince her to take of our child because she is too small now and i am earning enough to take care of their expenses here in saudi arabia. but she clearly said that i will not take care of our baby tell your mother to take care of her anyhow and i will catch her something happen to my baby or else you leave the job and take care of her. i am really upset with her and worried about my child. please let me know what i can do in this as per Law. even i am ready to divorce her but our marriage was not registered in court so what should i do?
