My father who is married and have 3 kids is having an affair with another married woman who is undergoing her divorce procedures

My father who is married for 24 years and have three kids that is 2 girls and one boy( elder -24 yr ,middle -17 yr, younger-10 yr) and my mother is a housewife . My father works in corporate sector hence he is having an affair with a married woman who is already undergoing a process of her divorce. When we confronted them the woman declared that my father has been after her and she is not guilty, she says that only my father is after her. She only said this in front of the family but when only my father and that woman have a conversation the woman says my father to leave his family and kids and be with her life long wants his salary slip also and asks him to give his whole salary to that woman, she also asks how many property does he have hence she fights also many scratches and wound marks are seen on my fathers face and if he says to leave him and move on she says that she will suicide and take our family name to blame us. It's been 8 months since we know and we are trying to get all the property signed on my mothers name then we'll go for legalities. I just want to know what can i do to stop this blames and our family's breadwinner is our father only and i want that woman to be more punishable than my father. That woman has a 4 yr old girl child also and she lives in a flat which is on my fathers name and he he didn't even told us till date that flat is on his name. I want my father to be of nowhere and that woman too I just don't want that she breaks more families.
