Redevelopment Prolonged

Our building went for redevelopment , the building was demolished in 2013 but till date neither rent given nor possession. First redevelopment meeting was in July 2009. Our building is under tenancy rights at Malad - East, Mumbai. The project is moving with bullock cart speed & Now even after 11 years we are struggling. The project is under RERA Registered P[deleted], developer - Navkar developers. The old building name is Prabha Smriti (30 Tenants) & New is Shankheshwar Apartment. Many senior citizens died during this redevelopment including my father & my mother is 83 . Expecting at least she can see her redeveloped property. Why always layman suffering in India. I approached lawyer but unnecessarily they prolonged the case & could not do effective. Some good lawyers are available in Mumbai but their fees are gigantic and don't see our side and takes longer time. I have also submitted the details to couple of known Indian ministers also. Please help in this tough situation. Otherwise, final step I am planning to spread through Social Media across the country.
