Inquiry regarding revoke resignation and Manager's condition

I am writing to seek your guidance regarding a situation I am currently facing at my workplace (concentrix). Recently, I submitted my resignation and was placed on a 15-day notice period. On the 14th day of this notice period, I decided to revoke my resignation. My manager agreed to allow me to revoke my resignation but placed a condition that I must send an email to HR stating that I will not submit any further resignations for the next 6 months. I complied with this condition and sent the required email to HR. However, I have some concerns and questions regarding the legal implications of this email: In case I need to resign due to unforeseen circumstances within the 6-month period, what are my rights as an employee? Can the company stop me for resignation despite that email written to HR before ? I would greatly appreciate your guidance on these matters to understand my rights and obligations under the labour law. Your assistance will help me make informed decisions and ensure that I am complying with the legal requirements. Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response.
