Civil suit filed in Court against order in mamledar act 2005

The brief history of case..1.Order passed by Tahsildar to remove hindrance for road blocked by other farmers under mamledar act 2005...2.Appeal filed in District magistrate court and same order passed by court to open up the old road..3.Civil suit filed by opponent party that two owner ladies have not been summoned before passing order by Tahsildar and District magistrate and their rights have been forefieted and no justice given to ladies..4. Civil suit admitted in court and no implementation of order passed by Tahsildar and District magistrate till date.... Please advice on below..Two ladies are the wives of other farmers who blocked the old road and owner of same property and named as opponent.We the farmers facing problem to go our farm for cultivation and taking tractor and other vehicles for farming even order passed by Tahsildar and District magistrate.Civil court will take time for finalizing the case for number of years so what is the fastest way to get relief to us as farmers to resolve this matter and we will get access for road to our farm as we are facing lots of problems and also financial loss and mentally tressed. Please advise. Thank you.
