What to do when my daughter was thrown out of her matrimonial home by her husband and in laws

My daughter who was married on September 2023 was thrown out of her matrimonial home by her husband and in laws on April 2024.There was certain compatibility issues between them which was sorted out.In April 2024 ,my son in law's sister came to their matrimonial home for staying permanently there and soon after that my son in law asked my daughter to leave her matrimonial home for no reason.We have even tried to have a conversation with my son in law and other family members of him to get to know the exact reason for having forced our daughter to leave her matrimonial home.But they were not ready to talk.Later we have approached an advocate who asked us to convey my son in law to meet him and we came to know that my son in law met our advocate and later our advocate informed us that my son in law had already filed some case against my daughter.Now our advocate has asked us to proceed to get permission from court to help my daughter stay in her matrimonial home as she wishes to go back but I am afraid if she will be safe there at her matrimonial home as her husband himself had filed a complaint against her and demands divorce.Now the only reason we happened to hear from my son in law for leaving our daughter is that my son in law claims that his family and our daughter are having adjustment issues between them and so my son in law is disagreeing to proceed further with this marriage.Please help me take a wise decision in this.
