Wife Cruelty

After engagement in 2008 i realized difference in opinion with wife. But were not able to break the same. After Marriage in 2009 things were not Ok. We could not mix well and problems happened with Mother in Law as well. I urged to Father in Law to break the Marriage but they did not took seriously. My father asked to stay separately (2011-12). But i was not ready. Also, one fine day she threatened me from Terrace of building. When bought to notice of parents they replied she has done once. Days passed and we got converted to three (2013). Problems continued and many times she used to go her Home. Then one day big dispute occurred, and she was at her home for 2 months (2015). In between my father passed away and then again dispute happenend and again she stayed there for 2-3 months . Then we compromised and stayed together. But difference in opinion still exists. Now we bought new property and i asked for some help of money which she refused and matter escalated and i decided NOT to pay her school fess in response to her frequent back replies which have also been brought to notice of their parents. She earns nominal say 12k Rs per month. There are many whatss app message i have dont to their parents where she used abusive or threatening tone language. I have asked her to control her tongue but she is not willing too.. I want security against the threats and insulting words language she uses when in Angry mood....Only then i will pay school fees is the point were dispute is lying at the moment. I get qualified for Notice of Home violence - Economic .. I do not give her cash money frequently but she used my debit credit cards for shopping etc . Please guide.
