Should I need to mention petty crimes in my police verification attestation form?

Dear sir, I have recently given interview for the post of Assistant Section officer in Cabinet secreteriat. There I was given a police verification attestation form where the options like 1. have you ever been kept under detention? 2. have you ever been arrested? 3. Have you ever been prosecuted? 4. have you ever been bound down? 5. Have you ever been convicted by a court of law for any offence? 6. Have you ever been fined by the Court of law? etc are mentioned. Sir, on 8th november 2023 while travelling from Bidhannagar road station to Sealdah (in West Bengal) I hurridly boarded the wrong train, the train was ladies special train. On arriving Sealdah station, RPF caught me and some fellow travellers and make us seat in RPF office for 2 hours, after that we were presented to Sealdah court and after some documentation (which I am not sure of) they released me and fined me rs 630. I was not given any reciept but they noted down my name and address. They also said that it was a petty crime so I dont need to worry. Sir, my question is should I need to mention this in my form? And what should be my response to those questions mentioned above. I am very much worried as I have no idea how these things work and I was told that IB will verify those documents. Please help me Sir. Also, will it come under suppression of fact if I dont mention it? Thank you for your precious time.
