Harrased my parents without letting me know

My parents took out our agricultural land for sale and the people who were supposed to buy the property had already paid 7.5 lacs rupees to my father which is half the amount of the property and it was promised that the rest of the money will be given after the complete settlement, but due to some crime was committed long back on the land it was under some criminal case and we were not able transfer the land to the people, since the given money was already utilised on some medical expenses we were not able to pay them back at the earliest still my parents had given them 4.5 lacs in some installments through cash, which we dint had any proof of apart from one witness who turned her statement against us, now they are still demanding for 4.5 lacs instead of 3 lacs from my parents stating u don't have any proof of giving us the money and we need the said amount, and they have filed a FIR and threatened my parents for the same since I am the only child who has started my career a year ago in a startup I had less income my parents being every other parent did not let me know about this matter and told me after the complaint was registered, and in complaint they have taken my parents statement that they shall pay all 4.5 lachs before July 15, i have managed to take the loan to repay them but I want to file the case against them for harassing my parents and using advantage for them being illiterate and fooling them. To add on my father had given them a check which bounced because of insufficient balance and that to a year ego and they filed a case for the check bounce last month and a inspector present there threatened my father saying that he shall put him in the jail then and there and they might have to pay twice the amount said because of that they got scared and he asked for 2k as a bribe which my mom takes 2 weeks to earn by selling vegetables.
