Is verbal abuse illegal, and am l eligible for a relocation if l don't want to stay at my husband's parental house for the same?

I am married for seven years. For the first three years, we were staying at Mumbai, so the interference of my in laws were minimal, but again, they tried their best to control us over phone, which we ignored, most of the time. Things get worse when we shifted to Kolkata during the lockdown at 2020. After that things started getting worse. Both my mother and father - in - law left no stone unturned to make my life a living hell.They had a problem literally with everything, be it my job, or looks, or me not having a kid. A special mention to my father-in-law, who enjoys shouting on me. I'll cite three examples: (i) Sept,2023. I work from home, and mostly it is flexible, but there are few days which are critical. Now, my father-in-law needs a big chunk of money to be fixed. Luckily, it was a flexible day for me, so l did that job for him. It took me a good 3 hours as some signs were missing, and l had to visit the bank 2-3 times. The job was completed, but the bank asked to visit again after 2 days for the hardcopy of the certificates. That day was particularly hard for me, and l could not be free before 4. At that time, he himself asked me not to go, as l had week -off on Monday. On the same day, in the evening, 8.30-ish, he abused me like anything. For him, it was wrong for me not to go to the bank and priotirising my job. He cited my parents, my savings, my childlessness, everything, during his speech. (ii) Jan,2024. I wanted to go out with my sister for a few hours. We just wanted to roam around the city. It was a Tuesday when we went, and from last Friday of that, for five days, l mentioned and asked and informed atleast 1000 times about the same to them, because l know them very well. I went out around 2.30pm, and before going out also, l asked for the same. I came back around 7.30. After one hour, fil started the same drama. According to him, l just informed, did not ask for permission. Again, my parents, my upbringing, my character, was cited during the speech. (iii) May, 2024. I left in laws place, and staying with my parents after that.l was undergoing IVF, and had to go for injections to the clinic daily for the same. They had a Alto at their garage, but l try to avoid that as much as l can, for reasons understandable. This was my second cycle, during the first, my husband gave me a ride in his two-wheeler for the entire period. But this time, he was busy with his office, and l had to go alone. To beat the traffic, l decided to hire Rapido for two days. The show started, again, he blamed my upbringing so that l didn't mind sitting on the pillion of a stranger. My parents, my character, the middleman(we had an arranged one) was cited again. Throughout,my mil and sil enjoyed the show silently,hubby tried to support. My queries: (i)Is this a punishable offense,under IPC? (ii)Can l demand an relocation,if l want to stay neither with them nor my parents?l have no problem living with my husband,but not in the same house.
