Full amount paid but flat cancelled

Hi Team I am writing to seek your legal advice and assistance regarding a distressing situation I am facing with Gaurson Builders. Below, I have outlined the key details of my case: Purchase and Payment Details: I booked the flat on 2012 and paid all the amount in time to till 2017.The flat I booked was on the 19th floor. I paid the full amount for the flat by taking a loan. Cancellation and Reallocation: Despite having paid the full amount, Gaurson Builders canceled my flat and allotted it to another person. I visited the builder’s office in 2019 and 2020 to address this issue. During my visit in 2019, they claimed that a remaining amount of either 30,000 or 9,000 was due, which I disputed as I had paid the full amount. Later, they acknowledged that I had indeed paid the full amount but still proceeded with reallocating my flat. Current Situation: The cost of the flat has since increased. Gaurson Builders have now offered me a flat on the 25th floor as a resolution. My original booking was for a flat on the 19th floor. Points of Concern: The financial and emotional distress caused by the cancellation and reallocation of my flat. The financial implications of the increased cost of the flat since my original purchase. The potential impact on my loan and financial planning. The inconvenience and potential devaluation associated with the offer of a flat on a different floor (25th instead of 19th). Request for Legal Advice: What are my legal rights and options in this situation? Can I demand compensation or a flat on the originally booked floor (19th floor)? Is Gaurson Builders legally obligated to compensate me for the increase in property value or any other financial losses incurred due to their actions? What steps should I take to file a formal complaint or legal action against the builder? Are there any specific laws or regulations in real estate or consumer protection that can strengthen my case? I would greatly appreciate your expert advice on how to proceed with this matter to ensure that my rights are protected and that I receive fair treatment and compensation for the inconvenience and losses I have suffered. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your guidance on this urgent matter. Best regards, Anil
