My husband is harrassing me and don't let me talk with my child ?

I have been married sor 4 years and I also have a child . My harras me multiple times in this 4 years of our marriage.He beat me during my pregnancy. Whenever me or my child get sick ,he drop me and my child to my parents house and say that he'll come after 2days but always took more than 1 month. Also he demanded during our marriage that he want gold chain , so my parents gave him after that so many times after our marriage he force me to bring money from my parents. He also don't pay my hospital bills when I deliver our baby , my parents paid that bills .Few months ago we had quarrel in that he broke the bone of my finger. Then when told him that I am going to report this in police station,he said that I love you and our child . please don't file any FIR. Then don't call me for a month send me notice . In that he said that I am the one is harrassing him and badmouthing about his parents and so on. So later on we include some people to sought out this matter and arrange several meetings but never show up in meeting. When we says that this is going to be last meeting and if you don't show up we are going file FIR against you .Then he show up and Now my husband is saying that he don't want to live with me and also he is saying that child will live with him and I have no right to contact him even if just want to talk with my child . My child is just 2 years old. Also he is doing some fake allegations on me, some are related to like I have click photos with someone with an odd intention. Please suggest me what should I do right now. Can I still file FIR against him for physical abuse, harrasment, defamation and also custody of my child .
