Women and child in distress in Amsterdam

My sister-in-law is stuck in Amsterdam. She hails from India and came to Amsterdam on 31st May 2023 on a dependent visa. She is facing emotional and verbal abuse from her husband. He is threatening her with divorce in Amsterdam and is not willing to give her custody of their 5-year-old daughter. My sister-in-law wishes to return to India with her daughter and take the rest of the legal actions there. Her husband is not ready to give consent for this and is unwilling to return to India. My sister-in-law wants to know about the legal actions she can take without losing custody of her daughter. She is concerned about the consequences of filing a complaint against her husband in Amsterdam. Will she be able to leave the country with her daughter without the father's consent? Her husband has confiscated all their documents, but she has luckily found her passport and is planning to leave Amsterdam. However, she fears the consequences. Additionally, my sister-in-law is financially dependent on her husband. Could you please guide us on the possible consequences in Amsterdam?
