Shop no is different i Sale deed and Deed of declaration

1) My Father was tenant in Old Building in PUNE holding one shop . When the Building was Repaired He Bought the shop From the Building Owner, In the sale Deed The shop was mentioned as-- Tentative Shop No. 1 (one). But in the same sale Deed's Schedule it is mentioned as Shop No. 1 & so in the Index 2 of Sale Deed it Is Mentioned as Shop. no 1. SO IN SHEDULL & INDEX 2 OF SALE DEED THE SHOP IS MENTIOND AS SHOP NO. 1. 2) After 3 years the builder made Deed of Declaration in which he mentioned the same shop as --SHOP No. 3. He did mentioned the sale deed ,its registration details etc but did not mentioned it was Shop No.1,In the Deed of Declaration. 3) After my Fathers demise i have made Release Deed from my Brother & Sister( which has to be done Urgently ) in which the shop is Mentioned as ---Shop No.1 As per Sale deed & shop no. 3 As per Deed of declaration 4) How Could be this Straighten out . as Shop no is given different in different Documents . should i go for correction of all Three documents that is . Sale Deed , deed of declaration, and Release Deed. What should be mentioned in it.
