Which section to file case

Dear sir, I have building entrance cctv footage of my wife’s friend who is living in nearby society. I confirmed about their friendship from society gym when I showed his footage there. after seeing my room condition and her physical condition i started questions that did she go to gym as she informed me in ofc by call on that day. She first agreed than blame me that she did not said so and finally accepted that she told lie as she was checking my thinking. I have all this communication in chat as proof. Initially they both refused they talk each other later from call details I come to know that they talk but from alternate number used by his friend. Also I got call from that number from some woman who threatened me of police complaint but later from true caller I got his details. I have sorry text msz which I send when next day i got call after my previous day missed call thinking number belongs to her mother as I wanted to inform them why she told lie and left from here and went to your home. His friend told me that he went to 19 floor to one of his friend. Before that he already arranged call from woman from his alternate number. when I asked 19 th floor man he said that he did not come to me but told me that day if Somebody enquire about his presence in his home than tell lie. 19th floor man also said that he is not good friend of mine and he came here only few Times and started friendship with me in gym. I speak to culprits wife she said that on my wife influence he arranged call from woman. This I did not told to my wife and she said to me that she will ask him why she arranged call from woman. Can you help me how to proceed.
