I lost my job because of my husband

I was in USA with my son for last 3 years and my husband used to visit us. Recently my husband visited us and intoxicated me, due to which I was locked in bathroom for 10 hours and he did not called any emergency number in USA and came back to India next day. At that time I thought I am unwell and he convinced me to come to India for some time and booked our tickets. As soon as I landed I got to know that he is on airport with 8-10 people and creating a ruckus and tried to abduct our 4.5 year old son from airport claiming I am mentally unstable. Later on he denied giving his J2 visa copy for my son's application and filed a custody case on me. I lost my job because of him and my 3 year of hard work is gone without any publication. I also doubt that he has hacked my phone or Google account as he has all my information. What are my options here? He has attacked on my career and I am unemployed now. I am on my own and have been taken care of all my and my son expenses since last 3 year, I also have to face lot of financial loss (house rent due to lease break and daycare expenses) because my visit was not for permanently shifting here.
