My husband had made false allegations of drinking and having an affair

Hello I got married 4 months back to an NRI. Who lives in Australia has absconded me and gone back to Australia and his parents are not supporting at all. Since the day of Marriage, he and his family have been demanding more and more dowry within 2 months of Marriage he used me to fulfill his needs, and one day he got to know that my father had sold that house which was in my name on that day he has put all the allegation on me and force me to have blood check-up in the middle of the night by saying I'm drunk when I oppose to it he slapped me and his family also assaulted me. To save my life I called up my parents to take me home and on the same night I came back he gave an application to the police station that I had stolen all the jewelry and left that house. Now in every police station, his family has showing all fake evidences so no police officer is helping me I have also filled a FIR against them but they are not taking action againt them even after showing all the relevant evidences. Even he was engaged to 2 other girls which I had seen on his phone so I transferred those photos to my phone but he deleted all my evidence . Some how I was able to get connected to one of those girl and he and his family also demand dowry from her. But she is not agree to give statement.
