Termination due to absconding

Sir, I resigned from an organisation to join a new organisation, since the new company want me to join within a month and that is the fresher role, but my notice period was 3 month from the current employer. So I requested them to relieve me early and I am ready to pay the amount for not served notice period but they were forcing me to serve complete notice period. So I decide to left and I Informed my manger of my last working day and submitted all assets properly. And joined the new employer. After 10 days they send a mail to come to work and stated that I am continue absent from 9 days without any prior notice though I mailed them about my last working day. They send me the two mail and after that they terminated me making an absconding case. My reporting manger knowing that the management was not fair with me so he send me a recommendation letter to me to show the future employer. But I know relieving letter is important. My question is can I legally get my relieving letter and experience letter?
