Cheating husband

Sir I got married in 2014. Our marriage is love marriage. Iam a working woman..My in laws supported for our marriage before our marriage. But after marriage My husband and in laws started to torture me.they force me to ask my salary. I didn't expect this behaviour from him so I didn't give any money to him.He started to beat me brutally for simple petty matters.with the help of my in laws he sent me out of the house within three months of our marriage. He filed RCR and after RCR judgment I went to my matrimonial house he beated me and broken my knee and hand. I came back and filed DV Case against my husband and in laws.he came back to live with me and asked me to return back the case. I returned it back. Afterwards again he beated me many times with bamboo stick.finaly he beated me severely and I complained against him in police station. They filed FIR. I came to my mother's house. He acted and I begged in the police station and gave him bail. I came to my mother's house. He came back and meet me to continue life with me. He came to our individual house ( which is our seperate hour me and my husband lived) for the past 4 years.He had a good relationship with me without coming to home. When FIR case come to trial I have given written statement in police station as "don't take any action regarding this case we are living happily ". Then police dropped the case for further action. my husband again showing his original face. He is not coming to home he completely settled with my mother in law and sister in-law. If ask anything about our life he is using abusive and unparliment words about me and my family. Nowadays he is not ot even picking up my calls. I lost my life for 10 years because of him.Iam waiting for him. But he is not coming. Everytime he is cheating me.we don't have child. What can I do? I want my husband back.what to do? Can I reopen the FIR case?
