Pocso court misusing evidence

One of my relatives gave 30 lakhs in the matter of land purchase, but if the brokers selling the land took that money and did not register, and asked them to give the money, they booked the case under POCSO in a false case. (2015). By now all the cross examination has been completed. Otherwise our lawyer left out some crucial points. However, we have filed a reopen petition under 65-B, CRPC 315, and we are ready to file all of them if the court permits. Also in the past also we have given some evidence on 10-6-2022 on the occasion of cross-examination. But right now the court lies that they have not given us anything. Present petitions are also dismissed. When the court asked them what it was, the judge scolded them personally saying that if they talk too much, they will also cancel your bail. Can you see the evidence of the accused in this court? If we have been waiting for justice for 10 years with proper evidence, how much is it justified to slander and expose the court personally? If the court, which is supposed to uphold justice, behaves unjustly like this, where else should a common man go? How to build trust in courts and legal system? If we have enough evidence, if the court gives permission, then the court will immediately provide them and wait for them to get due justice, is it fair for the court to do this? Is it unfair? Does anyone support this?
