Visitation rights to meet my kids

In response to the notice received under Section 41-A, CR P.C, regarding Cr no 342/2024 u/s 323,506 IPC, I, Varun Jain, aged 37, residing at AshokNagar Hyderabad, and working as a businessman, hereby providing the information for which i am lookingforsolution . I entered into an arranged marriage with Ekta Jain in the presence of 3,000 attendees and have been blessed with two children, Viren Jain (13 years old) and Nehal Jain. However, after 13 years of marriage, my wife left home, claiming she wasn't married according to her wishes and had never shown affection towards me. She has been residing in Begumpet, Rasoolpura, with her parents for the past two years, as mentioned in the complaint filed by Mr. Raman Jain, Mr. Nirmal Jain, and her brother, Mr. Adit Jain. Upon leaving, my wife resorted to blackmailing me using various methods, including threats and leveraging her father's connections with political figures, social welfare organizations, officials, and even criminal groups, to prevent me from meeting my children. Despite her efforts, both of my children have expressed a desire to meet me. My daughter even called me from her father-in-law's driver's number to express her wish to meet, and my son reached out to me during a school field trip expressing the same desire. However, when I attempted to meet them at school, the staff was instructed by my wife not to allow me to see them, despite my children's positive interest. On Father's Day in June 2023, I faced a difficult situation when a false complaint was filed against me at Begumpet Police Station, supervised by SHO Mr. Bhaskar. The complaint alleged that I tried to create a disturbance outside their home, coerced my children, and attempted to take them away forcefully. However, I possess a 15-minute voice recording of the incident at their home, where I repeatedly requested to meet my kids around 8 to 10 times, and they showed a positive response, albeit reluctantly. Additionally, my father-in-law directly asked my children if they wanted to go with me, to which both kids affirmed their desire. These incidents highlight the genuine bond and willingness of my children to maintain a relationship with me, despite the obstacles presented by my wife and her family. Seeking for advice what necessary action I can take to get back my kids or atleast visitation rights .
