Builder got one electricity connection and shared it between his two housing societies.

Our's is a group housing society comprising of flats, few villas and a few plots. In the adjacent side there is another housing society of the same builder and comprising of only plots. The builder got single electricity connection in his own name putting all equipment (transformer etc.) in our society and extended the electric supply to the adjacent society. Now, though late, we have formed and got registered the Apartment Owners Association (AOA) against the willingness of the builder. The load on the connection is already more than the sanctioned load. As per the provision under {Sec. 14(5)} of the UP Apartment Act 2010, the AOA is going to take over the management of common area and facilities since, as per the above section it is deemed transferred to AOA on the formation of AOA. Can our AOA stop sharing the electric supply to the adjacent society, (1) after taking over the management of common area and services or (2) after taking physical handover from the builder or (3) if not, will it persist permanently?
