Same to same problems in our endowment land it's in Charminar constituency Hyderabad

We gave our private land to endowment department for our legal heirs safety purpose in the view of endowment department Hyderabad Telangana. Advocate sir's and MADAM'S, that land was gifted to our grandparents, grandparents from Nizam's in Charminar constituency on main road in the view of temple and masan or else just private because that matter was in parsi language,so we did translation of these paper's so we came to know that that's gifted land from Nizam's and it's from 400years our grandparents struggled for it till date and we are legalheirs of that's land so the land was getting grabbed and looted by illegal persons on our land. And the land is of 5 Bigas and we know just left of 2000sqyards ,which my grand parents gave to endowment for the purpose of our legal heirs safety for temporary so know endowment department is not vaccating the rest land who occupied and not giving person to build house in our land and Asking for Mahant ship sir and they are not giving legal heir certificate from high court. So what's the legal step sir and we have big go DOWNS in some bit of our land which are of 7 big go DOWNS and big building which is occupied illegally in the name of selled land. And the name some what matches to our grand parents name but not our grandparents.Because our grandparents fought a with them in highcourt till there death and know we we drwal the case before 10 to 15 years back in some bit these is ssues and we have all court petitions against those all those occupiers
