Pending false case effect on job

I was physically abused by the family members of my student when I went for home tuition, I filled an FIR against them. Then they filed a false case against me by saying that I have abused my students (she was in class 8 then). They tried to compromise the case by offering money, giving threat to my family and sending people to compromise but I didn't went for compromise and the case is going on in court. Which was started in 2019. Right now the situation is in the false cases witnesses came and they said that they haven't seen anything, they came to know about the incident from the parents of the children. And there is nothing in the medical report. And in my case which I have filled here the witnesses are not coming to the court. We are just getting long dates. In medical report it is written that there were cuts on my whole body. And they are pressurising us for compromise. Even my own lawyer is asking me to compromise. But I want justice for what harrasment I went through. Now the concern is I am appearing for civil services. And last year 23 candidates UPSC mains results were withheld for court cases. So as there is a false case going on in court against me, will it effect my mains results also and if so then what should I do?
