Parking Receipt/Allotment Letter

Hi I bought CGHS Society flat on resale in Dwarka Dec.2023 alongwith two covered car parking as mentioned in the Sale Deed. I am the 3rd owner, this flat was originally allotted with two covered car parking in 2013 to the allottee. As per terms of allotment letter issued by the society to allottee covered car parking non transferable & can not be sold to another resident of society. When I submitted the documents of property to society for membership MC asked to produce the supporting documents for my claim of two covered car parking. (1) I submitted original Parking receipt & allotment letter for one parking which was unauthorizedly occupied by the other flat owner of the society in 2021 before I purchased Dec.2023. This parking is presently in physical possession of unauthorized occupant. He has submitted an undated agreement neither this is notarized nor it is registered but executed at Delhi between the unauthorized occupant and the original allottee on a Stamp paper Rs.50 Purchased on 14.12.2021) Society served two legal notices stating its illegal and recovered penalty @5K Per month till Feb.23 for the misuse of one covered car parking but stopped charging after that. When I took up the matter with Society, it took 4 months to decide that it belongs to me. Now society issued the reallotment letter on the same terms in my name on 12th May. But physical possession has not been handed over to me till date. For 2nd covered car parking which is in physical possession of me , I submitted the photocopy of receipt since original is misused by the unauthorized occupant for 1st parking. Loss of property receipt & allotment letter was lodged with police authorities. But society is asking to produce original only. RTI filed to get the certified copy from society but society denied. To prove the photocopy confirmation was taken from the Society Bank that amount of paid by the then allottee for 2nd covered car parking was credited in the Society account on 04.10.2011. Now the housing society is saying either I submit the same or I can’t stake claim on the 2nd Stilt Parking which is in my possession. Can Management Committee (MC) really do this?? Kindly suggest me a way out...
