False FIR and arrest under section 302

My brother has been named as an accused and arrested (currently in judicial custody more than 35 days) in a murder case and section IPC 302 have been registered in the FIR. Case Circumstance : The victim also belongs to our village but we are not connected each other. Victim is working somewhere else by rare he is visiting our village. 13th-April-2024 at 10:30 PM he came to my brother's house. while coming he is full drunken. and he argued with my brother about his mother. This discussion happened 10 meters away distance between them. Then victim went back. And my brother went back to room and he came back from home at Morning 5:30 AM next day. This all are recorded in our CCTV and we have that too. Next day morning someone's find that, the victim is fall down with injuries in 300 meters away from my brother's house. And he sent to taluk Government hospital via 108 ambulance. While admitting in GH, they have registered Accident report (AR). In that he clearly said myself falldown(self fall). Due to further treatment he was moved into district Government hospital. Here is the place someone involved and played against my brother. They have recorded a video against my brother. In that video he(vistim) is telling my brother is attack him with wood. Based on this video my brother got arrested and he remanded with 14 days judicial custody. Later 7 days the victim passed away. Now section altered to IPC 302. Note : 1. Police tracked my brother's mobile and his wife mobile also. but they don't have evidence against us. 2. No evidence against us so far in this case. While we approaching a Bail in Madras high court they have dismissed due to less days concern ( 30 days completed). Dear law experts, please help me to understand !!! 1. Is there possibilities to get bail for my brother ? If yes how long we need to wait? 2. How to handle this case ?
