My Cousin brother punched me and attacked on him.

I want to brief the background. My father is having big family like 5 brothers. 02 were living in Vadodara, 02 are living in my native Raigadh, Maharashtra and we are living in Surat. Now, at native we are having 02 homes. One was given by my grandmother's brother after marriage of her before 1955 and our original family home (right now using as keeping cows), as of now we are using/staying at given home only, where elder uncle/aunty is living. My younger uncle is having their separate home now at native village. My elder uncle at native passed in 2021, but aunt is living there alone. In March 2024, we told our wish against our aunt that we planned to build separate home on our original home (cow stable) and at that time she agreed for that, we are having recording of that also. And this home is not on nobody's name, so this week my parents went to home for doing procedure for putting name into the legal document. But she refused to do now and using abusing language. So my father called the meeting in village along with village sarpamch and few another family members. In the meeting also, aunt is using abusing words so my father also got angry and used abusing words. At that time, aunt's elder son punched my father and attacked on him. In that he has having injury on leg and hand. Aunty was sccodling that we are cutting relation with you and will not give anything from these 2 homes. Right now, I am at surat(gujarat). In that case what i have to do. Where I have to file case and what to do to get our part in home. This brother is also living in Surat. In emergency i sent my sister from Pune to look after. She bringing back him to Pune after medical treatment there at mahad. We didn't do police complaint there thinking that father used abusing words also. Pls suggest me what to do.
