Husband filed divorce on false grounds during my pregnancy

Hi all, I am working professional. I was married to my cousin during may 2022. It is arranged marriage, we stayed with our in laws. During my stay at matrimonial house I have suffered body shaming, humiliation, mental cruelty (ex. Resisted my support towards my parents, never let me stay with father during his last days), taunts, unnecessary interventions from MIl and her sisters, they exaggerated every day matter out of proportion (ex. eating Pani Puri once a month), constant pressure from MIL and her sisters to buy 2Cr property with out my husband's support, resisting me from sharing any concerns with my husband, constant threat from MIL that I will be thrown out soon and she will find another alliance to her son, no moral or financial support etc. Though it was short span of 8-9 months, there were several turmoils. I was told my mother that I shouldn't bother about these things as it is too short span for both to understand eachother and give it time to settle. Also, I had just lost my father and I am the only child didn't want her to go through any further pain. Things took drastic turn when I conceived during March 2023, within 10 mn from marriage. It was natural and planned. My MIl and her sisters were never happy. No one even congratulated me. There was more indirect pressure to abort the baby as my MIL was disappointed that her 40 yrs old daughter is not settled in life. There was heated argument between my MIL and husband, he left me at my mother's place as I was one month pregnant and stayed with me for a month. He once man handled me due to unbearable pressure from family and work. Due to family intervention, we had argument over phone for short time. Without understanding that couples will vent out frustration, he recorded call and went ahead to file divorce on first anniversary. Later he denied to provide any blood group report for baby scan, denied to provide my things. For everything, he insisted me to approach court. I tried so hard for reconciliation. Baby girl was born and she is 5 months old he never cared to visit her. I filed complaint at mahila thana. During mediation, both mother and son refused to see the baby. When cops explained the complaint He took a week's time to decide over reconciliation. His anger is out of bounds and easily manipulated by his mother. His mother interfered a lot when police was trying to settle matter. Police said reconciliation is doubtful and asked me to file FIR. This is my case. Please guide me on relevant IPC, CrPC sections to file FIR. I dont want to file any other civil case. We have filed objection, interim maintenance, requested few items via XYZ section. Waiting for response. Also, the divorce petition sounds vague with repeated paragraphs. Respondent is irresponsible, never kept him happy, arrogant lady, humiliating, man handled him, dominating, hallucinating etc his youth is doomed, he wrote paragraphs about his mother's support.
