Neighbour directed their children to spat on our door when we doing puja in our house

Respected sir, we are writing to report illegal construction of main-door on neighbor doorbell located at atur terraces co-op housing society b wing flat no 24 near mahatma phule school in pune city 896 nana peth 411002 .the construction involves extension of main door on society member door bell. the main-door was constructed on door bell 15 years ago and it causing damage to members property by encroaching extra space for their door.they said in past that after legal procedure only they will remove otherwise not.society managing committee are also afraid to take action against them because who ever raises voice against them in society meeting/office.his son bring personal revolver with him so no one raises voice against them.we are senior citizen member can't fight with them. once one of our society members was doing kirtan in his house their granddaughter was spitting on their door and they complaint in society office that he was disturbing harmony and peace of society by making noise pollution such type tactics they are using against anyone who raises voice against them in society office .they give trouble to us through his son because his father got good position.his details are on bar council of maharashtra and goa website member no 24. we request you to intervene in this matter and remove this unauthorized construction immediately. i also request you to take appropriate action against owner of flat mr. adv.ahmed khan usmankhan pathan [member of waqf board and bar council of maharashtra and goa ] and his son adv. zaheerkhan pathan for violating the building regulations.if such lawyers and members are not following rules and regulation.what can we expect from common people.allow them to stay in government quarters, peace and harmony for us.take action by setting an example. after this complaint against them we may face trouble from them but we have no other choice. we have attached some photographs of the construction work and video of spitting as proof.as you can see,owner are violating the building codes and regulations by not following the standards. thank you for your attention to this matter. sincerely
