Dual Surname in death certificate and bank accounts

Dear Sir, 1. My father Mr. Dan Bahadur Thapa a resident in India for more than 35 years passed away on 02.12.22 in Nepal during his occasional visit. 2. I have received the death certificate in the name of Dan Bahadur Bhujel as mentioned in his Nepalese ID card. 3. All the Indian ID's he had and the bank account with your branch has the name of Dan Bahadur Thapa. 4. I have provided all the necessary documents/ death certificate and supporting documents to the branch. 5. As per last email conversation with the branch, the bank is asking for both the names to be printed on the death certificate as Dan Bahadur Thapa ALIAS Dan Bahadur Bhujel. 6. I have checked with the village ward president and the issuing authority in Nepal this can not be done as his name is mentioned in Nepalese ID's as Dan Bahadur Bhujel. 7. I got the death certificate attested from the Embassy of Nepal, New Delhi. 8. I also have acquired a recommendation letter from the Embassy of Nepal, New Delhi stating that the deceased are one and the same person. Kindly advice, how should I proceed further.
