Wt to do if a 14yrs old child drives and do accident

One day i took a vehicle. i am 14 year old aged.. I know that i am minor to drive an vehicle but in our home leaving my mom's sister no one is there to drive a vehicle in home and my father left us in childhood and married and settled with another family. so it's necessary to take responsibilities as a child.... that day my mom's sis was suffering from fever and granny was suffering from bp... so to bring tablets...i went to medical to bring tablets near my home.... My too came with me cozz i am 14 yrs old we went and nd buyed tablets..while coming a muslim women and her son was crossing the road she came suddenly from the another road and i pot horn but she didn't go and her son pulled her hands back cozz vehicles are coming but she didn't go back she was playing in the road by coming front nd back.... After horn she didn't go... And i dashed her she feel down and started crying that she want compensation.... And my mom and me had big injuries in legs and hands but all the ppl talked and supported her cozz she is crying.. That was not that big injury for her but she was acting after that we came home...cozz Granny and sissy are suffering from fever and bp tn they complained to traffic police they came to home and telling abt to deal with them by giving money to them but r poor that we can't afford a money.. We r total 5 members in my house my sis had no job nd mom is working as tailor by sewing hotel food bags so that per bag she get 5rs... And my Granny was suffering from several bone disease so we should take to her every month nd my big sister is persuing 2puc nd i am completed 8th grade.. Totally 5members are there in my home.. So we not hv that much money to give.. Now they are telling and scaring us that they will file a fir if we not give 15k... And saying that i was a minor but their kids too drive a gear vehicles as i saw... Now they are asking money wt we can do and they are saying if they put fir in court we should pay more tn it so i don't know any law about it... That how much court will put fine please help me with my question 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😭😭😭and aa vehicle not hv any insurance please help
