Mental harassment by mil

Hello Sir/Madam, I am married since December 2013 and have a baby girl who is 3+ years old. I am working with private company. My moms in law harass me every day for every single thing in the house, thereby making my life miserable. She expected that I will give my salary to her but I didn’t do that. My husband has one elder brother. My brother in law was divorced and remarried in 2012. The reason for his divorce was my MIL only and then she gets him married with her relative’s daughter. The same thing she wants to repeat with my husband after our marriage and for the same she keep on misleading my husband which ended up in a major fight between me and my husband every time. I had one miscarriage before my daughter’s birth as I was very depressed during that course because of my MIL and Husband’s attitude at that time but after losing the child and birth of our daughter my husband has changed and stop listening to his mother. The same is not acceptable by my MIL. After my brother in laws second marriage she has major influence of my brother in law and now she keeps on threatening us by saying she will take us out of the house. As my brother in law wants to acquire whole property and so she keep on threaten us. Because of which we (me and my husband) unable to properly concentrate on our life and job and even such kind of atmosphere is not good for my child also as she get frightened by witnessing fights in our house. Please suggest legal implications in this matter. I will b very grateful to you. Thanks in advance....awaiting your legal advice....
