Am I right if I case?
I work for teleperformance mumbai in Airbnb process, here at the beginning from where everything starts is Promise of bonus amount of 1000 rs for every consecutive week if we do overtime in our work off. Basically if I'm working on my work off day I will get 2000 rs but if I'm doing consecutively for 2 weeks i will get 1000 rs extra. So over here our manager and Work force management team said this offer is vaild for month of August and we complete the things and did consecutive overtime every week. But when the salary get credited there was discrepancy in salary for this amount which was 4000 rs for 4 weeks. I talk to my TL, manager's they said we will receive it in next month salary which was October as we get our incentives and overtime amount in nxt following month salary. So in the end of October I check my payslip and I didn't got the amount and my Team leader(TL) said that it will come and we trusted him. Then as mention Early that amount didn't come even in that salary as well and month of November got started. Then we escalate it to our higher manger and HR of airbnb which is BHR so she had discussion and in the end she said that there was some communication barrier there was no such offer/bonuses vaild for month of August overtime and given the final decision that we won't get the amount as WFM team who plans all this overtime schemes said this to her. And I told we were told by them only she asked "do you have any mail or written" But this company has closed our work mail due to which we cannot get access to send or receive mail. After all this we let go this situation then in month of November end and December start I required leave for my exams they said we can't give but after struggling they gave me but asked me to come 2 days in between, after some arguments they said come at least one day, so I agree to that them in month of December after coming from leave I did overtime again in need to of extra earnings due to financial requirements but when I received my salary in the February 1st there was 8k missing they told me you will get before 8 feb or on 7th feb and I got 3.4k only not the rest of the amount and till date I haven't received. And other things is that I wanted to resign from the office at 1st of January and serve my notice period of 30 days and wanted to be relieved at 1 Feb, but the website or portal you can say of my company which is called MyHRMS from which we see our attendance, leaves and put resign was not working so I asked them to make it start working but they didn't do anything and After taking 1 month of Jan I go to my BHR anna to tell her that I want to put resign from my Email which I had given in company, she told that we are not entertaining anything from personal mail, tell u r TL to start you Hrms. After I did all and make Hrms work I put resign and I started giving behaviour issue, so they took me to bhr name sharron, she said If u had prblm then u should have resign from u r Email. My 2 months wasted
