Company is cheating on payment.

I am a freelance Canva graphic designer and content writer who engaged with Bromag India Pvt Ltd starting January 14, 2024. Initially, I was assured by the company's director, Mr. Mohammed Abrar Goree, of weekly payments for my services. After a month of dedicated service, I found myself having to persistently request the payment that was agreed upon. Eventually, I received a partial payment of Rs. 10,000, with an outstanding balance of Rs. 9,830 still pending. Efforts to discuss the pending payment through professional channels have been met with a notable lack of response. My attempts to reach out via calls, emails, and messages have, regrettably, been ignored by both the director and the HR department. On February 22nd, after numerous follow-ups, I was directed to invoice the HR department, which I promptly did alongside submitting all required work. I was then assured of payment by the second week of March, a promise that was not kept. This situation has not only impacted me financially but has also caused considerable stress and disappointment due to the professional disregard shown by Bromag India Pvt Ltd. I couldn't afford court or lawyers now. That's why asking here. Can you please help me with this.
