Divorce filed by husband on cruelty, I want I deny allegations but I also want divorce and alimony

My husband and I are separated for 2 years. He hit me in USA and DV case was filed there. Now we both are back in India and he filed divorce against me based on cruelty, which are false allegations. I also don’t have any interest to live with him anymore but the allegations he made are false. How to I file objections for this ? I want divorce but I have written responses to all his false allegations. I want alimony also as 1 final settlement as I have 2 kids. Please note I have filed a case against him for maintenance of me and kids already. He didn’t appear for this and it’s almost in judgement stage where my kids might receive maintenance and I might get less or no maintenance as I got a work now.i am ok with it. But for alimony can I ask in response to the divorce case he filed ? On assumption what if he filed to threaten me and will agrees for dismissal? I really need divorce. Also heard through source that he has appointed an attorney for maintenance case now in final stage. But I have not received any official information. I have to file objections tomorrow for divorce case what should be my plea to judge ?
